How it works
From the first enquiry to the next appointment.
At app.pawspet.it you manage calendar, clients, price list, orders and earnings with the same account as the Business app. And you can create your business profile right in the browser.

Create your business profile
In the «General» step pick one of the thirteen categories, then fill in details, contacts, address and hours and tap «Create profile».

Publish your services
«New service» creates your first offer in six steps: type, photos, prices and options, where you provide it, hours, publish.

Receive orders, work from the calendar and get paid
New orders appear in the «Orders» tab and under «Orders to manage» in the Dashboard: accept them or propose a change and chat with the client from the order.

Tap «Sign up your business»: you create your account and business profile on the website, from your computer too, or in the PawsPet Business app. Then you publish your services.
Clients pay by card, through Stripe. You complete Stripe verification once, in PawsPet Business or in the web version, with an ID and your bank account, and receive transfers to your account. In each order the «You receive» line shows your net amount.
You can offer any pet-related service: pet sitting, walks, grooming, veterinary, training, transport and much more.
Signing up, using the app or the web version and publishing your services is free: no recurring costs, no subscription and no monthly fee. On every transaction PawsPet keeps just 10% of the price you set, and Stripe fees are on us. A client who pays in the app adds a €1 service fee (1% above €100), which does not reduce your earnings.
Yes. Calendar, requests and order chats are in the PawsPet Business app when you are out, and in the web version at app.pawspet.it when you are at your computer. It is the same account.
