It shows you every entry first and you save it with «Confirm». It makes no diagnosis, does not book and does not pay. Every entry arrives as a card «Awaiting confirmation» with its fields: you check it and tap «Confirm». Deleting always needs a tap on the red «Delete» button.
The normal card, and you can say no
Every entry arrives with the fields that would be saved. If something is off, or you change your mind, tap «Cancel»: the card becomes «Action cancelled» and nothing is saved.
The red card
If the request deletes something, the card has a red border, the warning «This cannot be undone» and, instead of «Confirm», the red «Delete» button.
A «yes» is not enough
For a normal entry, a «yes, go ahead» in the chat is enough. Not for deleting: a «yes» typed or spoken, even in the voice conversation, deletes nothing. In the typed chat it is deleted only when you tap «Delete»; by voice you always need the tap on the card.

Where it writes, the Copilot prepares the card and you confirm it; where it reads, it answers with the data you have recorded. The rest you do yourself: it tells you where.

Creates or updates a pet's profile. When you add a pet from the app with a photo, the AI can suggest species and breed: you confirm or correct them.

Where to find the Copilot in the app
Open Copilot from Home or Pets
Tap the purple wand button at the bottom right of the «Home» tab, or of the «Pets» tab with the «My» filter on. The «PawsPet Copilot» screen opens with four ready-made prompts, such as «I want to add a vaccine» or «Analyze my pet's medical report», and the «Talk to the Copilot» invitation for voice.
Choose the pet and ask your question
Tap the pill above the text field and pick your pet, or leave «All pets». Type in the «Ask PawsPet Copilot something...» field, attach up to 5 files or tap the microphone to dictate, then send. The pill with the lightning bolt shows the credits you have left this month.
Review the proposed card and confirm
If your request changes data, a card with the proposed fields appears under the answer: tap «Confirm» to save or «Cancel» to discard it. Deletions come with the red «Delete» button and the warning «This cannot be undone». Your conversations stay in the history behind the ☰ icon at the top right.

Questions about PawsPet Copilot
- Yes, it is included in the free app, with monthly AI credits: they renew on the first of the month and you see how many you have left by tapping the lightning-bolt pill. If they run out, the Copilot stops until the first of the month; the app and the profiles all stay usable by hand. Today you cannot buy extra credits.
- No. It answers from the data you have recorded and gives general advice on diet and doses, but for health it always refers you to your vet.
- It shows you a red card with «This cannot be undone» and the «Delete» button: it is deleted only if you tap it. A «yes» typed or spoken is not enough.
- No: it searches services and shows you the free time slots, but you book and pay yourself. It does not create or change orders.
